Trail View is a fully renovated five bedroom house in the historic tin mining town of Derby in beautiful North Eastern Tasmania. Originally the mine manager’s house, it was built in 1930 and still retains many of its original Art Deco features. It sits on the hillside overlooking the Blue Derby trail head and the village.

Its very private position allows for a relaxing and tranquil escape and with a short walk into the village or a two minute ride to the trail head you can be ready to start your adventures. You will be lucky enough to be situated between the trail head, Flickety Sticks and the new Black Stump riding areas .

All the bedrooms have new comfortable beds and quality bedding and each room has been furnished lending from its character, views or unique features.

Trail View has a superb new fully equipped kitchen with a wood burning fire, a spa-style bathroom with forest views, a cosy lounge room, large dining room, locked storage for about 20 bikes with bike stand, pump and tools.

Trail View has beautiful gardens including a BBQ and a fire pit all adding to your enjoyment of the environment.
